For an owner who is not technical, the value is the agent
Not everyone wants to open a dashboard. On Don George's farm the value today is the WhatsApp assistant: the records, births, milk per cow and alerts arrive without opening a screen. The dashboard comes next, as a clearer view of the same thing.
What a producer sees
A production dashboard shows what used to be written by hand: readings, batches and expenses, with the administration assistant recording them on Telegram and asking for confirmation.
